Hi guys

I am an Orthodontist and I am going to start my Phd course next year in Canada, my question is: Can I apply to PR while I am student (Phd student), I had more than 3 years skilled work experience. Is it required to have a job to apply for PR?

Please advice :)

Thank you for your help

Yes, you can apply.  But when the list for occupations in demand is issued, you may have your application returned if it is not one of those on the list.
