What is the nature of the work, where are you intending to work, where is the company registered, where will company money be placed?

Looks like no to me, unless others know differently.

Out of country, no earnings in Canada, working remotely is possible.

What does your visitor record state?

Your status is a visitor and under immigration law, visitors to Canada are not allowed to work without a permit.

If you require a work permit, you must apply for it before coming to Canada. If you are visiting Canada and you want to apply to work, you must leave Canada and apply from your home country.
