Can I withdraw my undertake (PR spouse)

Please give me some advices
      I married with Canadian lady and in applying PR spouse. I did some mistake by fill some untrue information by misunderstand and I'm have concerning will get the problem by this mistake, I would like to cancel (withdraw) my undertake.
   1. Can I cancel my undertake and reapply PR again ? Sponsor was approving and my PR application sent to CIC office about 4 months already.
   2. In case I reapply PR, If  what I going to fill in PR application form (second time) some information is different in the first time will I get any problem with CIC if all I going to fill is true but in the first time some information is wrong by misunderstood.
   3. If I withdraw the application will CIC refund money to me?

hi,   1st of all its a serious offence that u gave cic wrong info. watever hapnes u should always tell them truth.now its better u call any immigration lawyer and ask advice .
i think, ur case must be carry on and in future when cic ask u abt things which u filled wrong ...then correct em. rest u can check with lawywer,all best i can say ,tc.
