Can I withdraw my spouse during processing. Seniors, please help.

Would it effect my application if I withdraw my spouse. I entered my spouse as accompying member in my application. If he found inadmissable, what would it effect on my application.

You can make him non-accompanying but that will not change the fact that he will have to pass background checks.  If he is found inadmissible, so are you.
