try this call at CIO call center for outside canada applicants 001 - 6139444000  and then select options 1 2 1 2 1 (or follow the instruction menu of your call) to know your application process at CIO Sydeny NS.
the operator will inform you about your case process. remember this is the CIO level application process call center number once your file moved to local VO then you have to follow local VO (not to CIO call center number).

hello last week i get email from CIO regaring my query on " i havnt get my approval or disapproval from CIO yet " their reply is Sad

i sent it by post. and through my etrack number The canada post and my local post Pakistan confirm that your documents has been reached and received in CIO on 22nd Aug 2011.
About draft i emaild to Bank of monetrial they said we dnt allow to share information about Draft so its better to ask from the receiver general canada or wait.

ohh dear u didnt read my mail properly they said we got ur application but something missing in your file that is y we sent your application back on 3 nov 2011 so now we have no record for it... mean in couple of next days i will received my application with all read documents and also find out which was the thing missing in my file.

ohh sorry. So you not get back your package still? hmm once you get your application just read instructions on it why they returned your application. go through checklist and re-send them if CAP is available of your NOC.

CAP : Complete Applications Received : all NOC have 500 CAP for 2011. you can look how much is available and which one is reached. once CAP is reached 500 CIO will not accept any applications.
