I saw that the proof of relationship photos should be loose and not in a binder or album. Can it be taped for example, 3 photos per page and then an explanation of the photos on the paper beside each photo? or should i just give a stack of photos with the explanation on the back? thanks.

We copied and pasted the photos onto a word doc and then wrote our details underneath, then ringed that off... I'm sure you can tape the photos but it sounds like a lot of added work. We out 2 pics per page with the description.

They probably scan everything into a computer somewhere and don't want to have to take things out of sleeves, unstaple, and unbind to be able to do that.

Never thought of that but it makes really good sense...scanning it is a lot better of an archive system then having to shuffle through papers. Either way, lemondrop, I would for sure either leave the, loose in an envelope of past them into word documents then print.

We taped our to 8x11 paper much the same as you propose, so no problem (we got our PR). I like the idea of pasting them into a word document better as writing the description is easier.

Copy the pic from its original format it and paste it in the word doc...scanning them is a lot of work and you won't really be ale to type underneath for the description. Unless of course you don't have your pictures as soft copies on the computer, the. Yes you will have to either submit loosely or scan. We just used a letter size paper.

HI, for us, I had soft copies of photos and any photos I did not have soft copies of, I scanned. Instead of MS Word I used MS Publisher, Personally I found that it's easier to re-size, and arrange the photos and text boxes for captions and headings with that software. Then I just printed on an A4 bond paper

I glued my pictures onto 8x11 paper, two per sheet and wrote who was in the pic, along with the date. It worked fine for me.

Did you send all pictures in? like over 1000!? Did you write on them or explain them at all on the backs/ LOL yes over 1000 i think i was paranoid about how many people were refused the first try. I didnt explain on all of them, but put them in different envelopes and put important names of people listed through out my explanatory note and the events. So eg. in an envelope labelled "Wedding" i wrote a brief list of people there one the cover of it.. (some labeled in the back of the pictures) and closed the envelope. I dont think they verify too many people other than family members and your list of reference members that you put on your application
