I am an international student doing graduate study but I really don't like my major. I am thinking of applying for undergradute programs of another major in other universities. Are schools usually willing to take students like me? Is it legal to do so?
Any suggestions and comments would be appreciated!

Well, think it in two ways:

1. Acceptance to another university depends on the university. This is not related to immigration or your visa. I guess you are definitely open to apply any other university of your choice. Your never know whether they will accept you or not until you apply.
2. Immigration/ embassy will want to see your acceptance letter and funding while issuing your visa or study permit. Check your current study permit whether there is any restriction on it about switching program/university. You can also contact the international office of your institution.
