Dear...u can send your passports from any part of the world. Issue is if u wish to travel for any reason or in case of any delay from CHC, u will be in trouble as not being in your home land.

I remember I saw your enquiry before and Qorax replied you. In my opinion as well its better you send passports from Pakistan instead of Saudi Arabia as they might ask you to provide reasons to be in Saudi Arabia or start doing backgorund checks again and it can delay your case. Its worth missing Saudi Arabia trip to have peace of mind getting your Canadian Visa first.

This is my sole opinion and its entirely upto you to decide.

Reply from CHC London takes time and there is a time of 28 days to get any answer.

Thanks

Today I caught myself smiling for no reason... then I realized I was thinking about you :-)
If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it's yours If it does not come back, it was never meant to be :-)
