I am applying FSW2 and want to include some supporting documents that are really big, such as a magazine that has my articles published on it. However, I cannot fit them into one 23 cm x 30.5 cm(9″x 12″) envelope, can I submit two envelope? Anyone has similar situation before? Thanks.

Please use a bigger envelope. Multiple packages are not recommended, they may get misplaced.

I also recommend you put all your documents in one package.

But if I used a larger one, it may not be exactly "23 cm x 30.5 cm" as indicated in EG7. Is it ok to use a different size of the envelop?

Are there really many applicants who submit larger envelop than prescribed? I hope I don't sound too fussy but I really worry that if I used a larger than 23 cm x 30.5 cm envelop my application package will look so distinctive and may negatively affect the process?

Hi you all!

hariranjith can you please help me?? I have some doubts about mailing application. I am going to send my application through DHL or Fedex (Courier) and within the process of FSW1, therefore i know the mailing address would be:

(My Name)
(My Address)
(My Postal Code)

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Office
Attn.: SW1 -NOC # _ _ _ _
196 George Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 1J3
Canada

But here are the questions: 1st) Do i need to print a mailing label with this format and paste it on the envelope or just hand write the noc codes on it??
2nd) Do i have to give this address and indication to the courier, including the NOC numbers? ( I've only worked in two jobs, one of them is in the occupation list)

Thanks in advance!

Dear better future
sorry for the late response
yes you have to write the full address with your details(  SW1or SW2 ,NOC code) on the envelope
you can either hand write it or print a  mailing lebal and attach it

put this envelope in the big envelope provided by courier and write  the same address ( SW1or SW2, Noc code) on it

Just mention the NOC code which is under the 29 occupation list

Hope it helps
All the best for your process

by this you mean I have to print exactly the template I wrote before and paste it on my personal envelope and on the courier envelope?? WOW

I am little confused because the instructions in the mailing apart says, we need to write down the NOC codeS (plural), so I could assume to indicate on this label all the noc codes i have filled on the application forms.

Thank you again, and don't worry about the delay of your answers. It's very kind of you to take some of ur time to help others within this process!!

yes print exactly the template you  wrote before and paste it on your personal envelope

and on the courier envelope?? WOW
answer courier will give their own mailing label just write the address with NOC code and category(SW1orSW2)
NOC code and category is very important. please don't forget to mention it on  both mailing labels.
Some of the  forum member got their package returned just b'cos they failed to write their NOC code on application package.
