hi! i ve been in common law relationship for 3 yrs now and we have kids. my common law partner would like to sponsor me under common law partner sponsorship however we have some problems:
1. Can he sponsor me if i dont have legal separation/divorce papers from my previous spouse?
2. Can we submit our application papers with incomplete docs? Are there any other papers to prove separation from spouse other than annulment or divorce?
3. Can I apply under humanitarian and compassionate ground granted i am a TFW?

Just to clarify, by "common law" do you mean that you have been living together for five years?
