Can I still apply

Hello everybody!

Im curently in Vancouver BC,on tourist visa for 6 months,so I was thinking to apply from here.

Il try to extend my tourist visa for onother 6 months,but here is a q !

Is my application still in process if Im here without of status(being refused for onother 6 months)?

I allready tryed self online assessment from www.cic.gc.ca

and need 10 pts - job offer

If your mark is lower than the pass mark, you might not qualify to immigrate as a skilled worker at this time.

However, if you believe there are other factors that would help you to become economically established in Canada, you may still apply.

.....and I think I can cover these 10 pts with my education in certificates and diplomas

any sugestions?
