We are planning a wedding PAST the expiry date of my work permit....
Can I stay in Canada if I marry a Canadian? What are the options?

Marrying a Canadian does not grant you any right to stay in Canada.

You need another way to stay.

You either need to extend your work permit or if that isn't possible you need to change conditions to that of a worker to a visitor.  After you marry your husband can sponsor you.
