hey everyone i really appreciate the help such wonderful forum provide...
my question is...
i've just graduated this month as a petroleum engineer...i took the self assesment test but i found i donont qualify right now coz of the lack of work experience in my field...u know 15 points...
i know the process takes much time and after 2-3 years the test will give totally different results
so the question is....can i apply right now?? or i have to wait till i have 1 year of experience?????????
1 year makes difference
thanx alot...waiting replies
u all have a nice day

i think the law says that u need to have all the points at the required time of application.
but i understand what u mean by that.
anyways i think it will be a good idea but dnt take my words for sure, better consult someone experienced.
i am sure the rest member in this forum will ask u to have the one year and then apply but i think u better ask for an attorney or immigration consultant for advice.
you are thus sure of what ur getting .
thanks

If you wish to be refused, apply now as the application states you must qualify at the TIME OF APPLICATION.  Wait until you have required skilled work experience.
