you can submit passport using any reliable courier. Ensure you have to send a International Return envelope from the courier to the visa office together with the passport, so that they will use it for returning your passport.

Hi

you can submit passport using any reliable courier. Ensure you have to send a International Return envelope from the courier to the visa office together with the passport, so that they will use it for returning your passport.

Remember though, that some Visa Offices will NOT send the passport out of their processing area.

Just also ensure that your country doesnt have rules like india. Indian passports are not allowed to be mailed / couriered etc into or out of India

just to be sure, send your relative an authorization letter. the courier, usually LBC or DHL might ask for one before they release your passport with visa and COPR.

I think the Canadian embassy in Manila returns passports using courier but the payment would have to be paid first before they release the docs to the addressee
