Hi,

To enter Canada, you need;

1. A valid Passport.
2. A valid study permit.
3. A TRV (in your case it's a multiple entry TRV, so you do not need to apply again).
4. A letter of deferral (a new LOA) ONLY in case you decide to withdraw from course. Things would be better if you decide not to withdraw from course/tuition.
