can i re-apply, please help

please guide me in my critical case:
- i applied in FSW1 NOC 3113 & my file was received on 12-Oct-2010 by cio
- i received my PER on 15-Feb-2011
- i receive 2nd AOR from Cairo VO on 29-March-2011

the problem is that i didn't receive the medical request till now & they didn't respond to any of my inquires

the question is: can i re-apply again in order to reach the 500 cap ? or the cio will reject my new file because i have a pending (not rejected yet) file ??

Hello,

I understand you got your PER (with a file number which you can check for the status), AOR (Visa Office) and waiting for the next step which will be "IN-PROCESS" status that will be shown to your ecas. As long as you haven't received a decision made before issuing Medical Request, i suggest just extend your patience.

Have you checked your e-cas? What was your latest status??? Always check your email and e-cas.

I am also NOC #3113 of Manila. I got my PER, AOR and while waiting for the in-process and Medical request, unfortunately i received a decision made at this point meaning, my application was being refused. I am waiting for the letter with explanation where i failed.

Why are you freaking out already? It's been only 4 months since 2nd AOR. Processing time for Cairo is 19 months for applications received up until June 2010
