GF turned down on tourist visa application . Wondering if the Government would hold a bond of say $10,000 from me as a guarantee she will leave before visa expires.

No - Canada does not have a bond guarantee program for visitors.

hey didnt you also have another thread where you described yourself as being in a relationship for 2 months and wanted to bring her here and see if things work out. Well sonny like I said before go to her home country and see if your relationship works out. Just tell her that you want to settle in her country, see what she says or whats her reaction

By doing this you can know two things about your relationship

1) Whether this chick is not using you to come to Canada and then dump your ass once she gets PR
2) Whether your relationship with her will actually work out.

The worst case scenario is you are trying to bring this girl here and make sure she never goes back in which case nobody in this forum will help you.

PS: What country is she from?

How about your gf to apply for a work permit?  See if you or you can find any person in Canada as her employer.  Details:

Who said anything about the wild west? I just want my GF to come for a visit to see my beautiful country!
She doesn't want to come to stay in Canada, only wants to come for a visit. She owns land here and has a 3 year old daughter she loves very much ,her parents said they will take care of for her while she is gone. She ain't some bar girl

Thanks for the other posted info

Bond was used back during the times of Cowboys and Indians and so the reference to the wild west.
You've known this person for only 2 months. As you can see from this forum there are people married with kids, in a relationship for many years with travel history between their spouse and they are still having trouble getting their spouses here on a visitors visa. Like I said you have to give it some time, its too early in the relationship. I would say go visit her in her home country spend some time with her and see how things go. I am not disputing the fact that this is a genuine relationship but its just too early to jump to conclusions because there are lots of people who have abused the the generosity of this country. And I can completely understand that
