is it possible to have my visa application in Hong kong? what are the processes entailed as I am residing in Manila, Philippines?

you need to have one year expereince working and residing in HK to apply to canada from HK.
HK is frequently used as a stepping stone to come to canada from PHILS as it is virtually impossible to get here from PHILS.
