Can I open my own dental laboratory?

Hi, I'm planing to take university next year,and study Dental Lab.Technician ..It's a 3 year program,so after I complete it, can I open my own dental laboratory in Canada?

Also, If I graduate in Europe, will my uni.diploma be accepted in Canada?

1.  Yes you can, but without a work permit or permanent residence, you won't be able to work in it.
2.  Partially (maybe) your qualifications would have to be assessed, depending on the province where you want to go.
3.  You should note that the Dental Lab Technicians are not on the list for FSW1 Immigration.
