Hi, after leaving the US, I found out that I have a Mortgage fraud charge on me! Im not American.

I do plan however to get to the bottom of that charge because I´m inocent but my question is: I plan on immigrating to Canada, and applying for residency or permante residence.

Will I have a problema at the Airport or filing on the residency?

Thank you

Well firstly I dont know how you can file for residency at the airport. If you are applying for a PR, you obviously have to go to www.cic.gc.ca follow the instructions and apply from there.
Secondly what is your status in America?
