Hello,

Can I have a Skilled Worked PR Application (outside of Canada) and a an application for PR as a sponsored common-law partner (in Canada) at once? Someoneat CIC said yes but I'm not sure if anyone has heard otherwise........

hard to answer... consult good consultant but i would suggest you one at a time because when you apply for common law partner they will see your intention if its bound with your relationship or person desires.

I had a similar situation to yours and I decided to cancel the skilled worker. I didn't want to they think that I am
in Canada with dual intentions.
