Dear

I have a concern regarding of my status.Currently,I have an 3 years work permit which will be finish on Nov,2012, and I had send an PR application to buffalo office on Aug,11 under BC PNP program. So far, I haven't heard anything yet. on the internet, people said if you apply for in-land PR, you can't able to leave and must maintain in Canada.

On Jan,2012, i may have to go back to my country for 2-3 weeks. Just wondering will my PR application been refuse or delay if i leave? and is there going to be a problem when i re-enter?

You only need valid "work permit" and "visa"(if applicable) when you re-enter Canada.
I spent one month vacation to my home country and i did not encounter any problem.
The only possible delay that i see is when they request a passport while you are spending your vacation.
Hope this help.
