I'm assuming you mean you are either a Canadian citizen or PR and you are flying overseas to marry your spouse?  If you are the sponsor you can come back into Canada and do it.

No i am a americancizen.. My girlfriend is a Canadaizen.. My girlfriend lives in canada i am going over there to marry her. When i come back to states and stay in the states.. I am planing on sending out the sponsership for her so she doesnt have to pay for the postage so much. Then after that is sent out and into aproval status like only in the few months process so fare because i hurd it can take up to 6 months.. I want to return in descember so i can see her for christmas but i am not sure if i am spouse to stay in america while the process is going on or can i go visit her while the process is going on?
