i have been to australia on student visa....now i have to get pcc for FSW file.

one question is that i have not paid credit cards amount to company and i lost my visa case in federal court of australia then i had to pay some mone to australian court and i have not paid ............so this is crime or not and this will affect on my pcc or not...


please help me out my dear friends...........pppppplzzzzzz

Not paying credit card bills is not a good thing as you already know and you may have your own reasons; but whether is it a crime in CIC's dictionary, probably - No. It is not a reason for Criminal Inadmissibility.

Losing Visa case in Federal Court of Law - Depends on the reason, why. If it was nothing of Criminal nature then you are ok.

Not paying money to Australian Court - Depends on the reason.

Will your AUS PCC be affected - You will not know until you apply for it.

Be honest and transparent with your VO....maybe luck would favor you.

CC debt wouldn't be an issue to obtain PCC from Australia, but court fine might be an issue if court has taken action against you and you may get a criminal record by not paying state charges.

Hi Mitesh,

Did you got your Australian PCC yet ?

If yes what was recorded on it ?

As i too have some unpaid traffic tickets & Credit card bills.
