1.  No, you cannot be sponsored, unless you are an orphan.

There is no fast way, unless you have a job offer in Canada, pretty hard for a 17 year old to have a skill where there no Canadians/PR available for the job, no education, no work experience.  In the end you don't qualify.  Get an education, work, get a skill in demand, then apply.
