Dear friends,
Just want to ask if it is possible to change visitor visa to temp work in case an employer wants to hire you? unfortunately i don't qualify for FSW and don't have a job offer. I really want to move to Canada soon, is it possible to obtain visit visa and try looking for possible employers? will it hurt if I told then that i have a visitor visa? will  job agencies process or accept applications on this status? please help I need your opinion Gurus, thank you!

It is possible  to change the status from that of a visitor to that of a worker, but you should possess skill set that employer/s would be willing to invest time in doing the paper work required to hire a foreign worker.

You can come on a visit visa and look for a job but before the employer can hire you, they must apply for a labour market opinion to prove that they have advertised your job and could not find a Canadian or PR who was qualified and wanted this job.  If they get this approved which can easily take several weeks, then you can apply for a work permit but as a visitor, you do not have the right to apply for a work permit from inside Canada.  If you are visa exempt, you may be able to apply at the border.  Otherwise, you have to leave again and apply for your work permit from the outside.
