Hi,
I had applied for FSW CAT-3 to Nova Scotia and asked for Buffalo as my Visa processing Centre. Now i got reply from them with reference number and asked me to send my full complete application to Buffalo office. After seeing lot of replies from this forum i assume that Processing time at Buffalo office is very slow , is it possible to change at this time to like NewDelhi office which is from my Home country? Please advice me.
