I applied through the simplified process (i.e. a 3 pages application and fees ) to Singapore on 4 Sept 2006. Meanwhile I had done a professional fellowship in the US for one year. The High Commission is asking me to send update of information, all documents and Right of Permanent Residence Fees. I realize that NOC 2263 would be more suitable for me but I wrongly put 2262 in my first application in 2006 (IMM0008 (05-2006)E). Can I now change the NOC and write 2263 instead of 2262 while submitting final forms? Please help me, I am in a deadline to follow.
