Hi

I am Mrs.Smitha Jose, I applied for Canadian PR on lat November through an Indian agency, I received File Number on march, and Now i got information from the agency my medical documents are arrived.

Last 4.5 years i am in UK and my husband also now in Uk (from 16th march 2011). the problem is we have to submit our passport in Delhi Office. I dont know whether i can forward  my passport from uk to india. or I can change my visa office.

Please help me..........................

Hi Smitha,

CIC rules out any chances of "Transfer of file" on the request of the applicant. But they do so only for the sake of "Program integrity". Please familiarize with the concept of "Program Integrity" in the following link of OP 1;scroll down to 5.1 for the specifics:

It is ILLEGAL to mail your INDIAN passports in or out of the country. You may have to consider other options like sending the passports through your family or friends with authorization letter. VO will mail your passports only to an Indian address.
