Start process: 25.11.2010
Still show: in process
I have applied for Toronto. Can I change my province?

What's the job responsibility of “HR adviser”???

After your PR is done, you can land anywhere. According to senior member Qorax. Try reading the sticky threads of Qorax. Not an issue, as to where you land or select your province. Only exception is Quebec, other than that anywhere.

I know that after PR I can go anywhere but right now my application shows “In process”. can I change from Toronto to Vancouver now? I heard that if I applied for other province then process will faster than Toronto.

No FSW!! thats the PNP category is faster depending under which provience you applied (all PNP have seperate program and applications).

if you think it will faster to chanve provience entry in application form then you are wrong!! no changes will in existing FSW process.

yes some OP's who applied after june 2010 they are still waiting for medical and RPRF request some even waiting for PP request since long time with "In-process" status.

if you want to know more details and VO comments on your application, even next review (BFD) date! I suggest to go for CAIPS note.

Receive application on January 25, 2010
Reviewed application and sent a letter on March 6, 2010.
Supporting documents were received on 07 May. They are pending review.
Application was reviewed and we started processing on November 25, 2010.

is caips ca legal ?

application in hudge backlog. you are old applicant from 39NOC that under MI-1.
if you wish you can order caips note for your satisfaction, you have to wait atleast 2years. might be MR next year end!!! God knows...

MI-1 = Ministrial Instruction 1 (with hudge backlog)
MI-2 = (less backlog some people got MR and even passport request)

read on this forum we already discussed about backlog.
One user here already got medical as per CAIPS note but VO not issued it becasue his file gona in long freezer of the backlog. lets see you will heard something in 2012 sure if CIC clear backlog.

it will take 2 yrs from the time of sending full docs.
Province does not expedite the processing.
