Hi there, I am wondering to know Can I change my PR when it is already expired? I was waiting to get my citizenship and that's why I did not apply to get my new permanent resident card?

Thank you

Yes if you have gathered enough days.  If you don't have travel plans soon, you don't have to renew the card.  Just wait for the citizenship card.

Thank you, so it does not make mme any problem? Because I do not know when my citizenship card issued. BTW, if I want to fill the PR application, the 5 years period should be from the date I am submitting the application or from the date my Card expired?

Thank you
