can i change my appliction forom Canada fedeal to Quebec

As im  pre- jun applicant waiting for medical ,Can i change my application to Quebec because it looks more fast in London VO ?

You cannot change the submitted FSW application to Quebec Immigration. You can withdraw the submitted application.
 For Quebec Skilled Worker,  you must first apply to the Quebec government for a certificate of selection (Certificat de sélection du Québec).

You can not.. both are different immigration programe.
if you like you can withdraw it as Wilson mentioned.
OR
you will apply on both programe too. choise is yours. if you dont want spend money on 2 different application then withdraw FSW application.

Thanks Wilson and Omm .I will think well bout applying again for Quebec .No body knows when pre-jun file will move, its not wise to wait when the sky is the limit .
