hello house..

Kindly please help me. I am a Pakistani and an civil engineer. I am working as assistant engineer in fedral Govt,i.e in Government service. My wife had applied for my visa on family class sponsorship..
My wife is in canada (PR card holder) and i have a son who is a born canadian...

I want to ask that can i re-ply  skilled worker/ professional class sponsorship.

You can apply as a skilled worker IN ADDITION TO family class sponsorship.  Yes, it is possible to have 2 applications.  Which ever one is processed more quickly is the one that is used.   

You don't state when your wife applied for sponsorship, but if you are an outland applicant (assume you mean you are working in Pakistan, not Canada), you should know that family class applications for outland applicants have a service standard of 1 year processing time.  The FSW application may take longer than that.
