Can I call canadian immigration directly

Hi guys,
Can I call canadian immigration customer service directly, for my problem, it is major problem.  I do have attorney, and may be he is working on that problem but if I want still call call centre for the or email them can i do?

Please advice all experienced person,please.

As you have a delegated representative you have to ask him to communicate with CIC. However, in case of any urgency there is no problem if you send direct e mail, fax or phone calls. Keep ready your details such as file number and few other personal details while making a telephone call.If you are lucky, you may get a prompt reply.
