can i bring over the counter medicines with me in my goods accompanying?  these are my personal stocks of paracetamol, antacids, etc...

There is no harm in carrying routine medicine. Just add the type of medicine you are carrying in goods carrying list. Doctors' prescription is a added security if you can get.

The definition of OTC medicines differs from country to country. Check on these links if you can find what constitutes OTC in Canada:

Best is to take prescriptions for all drugs being carried on self.

I had some medicines with me.... didnt declare them..... and nobody asked about it as well
