Hello all,

I have applied for permenant residency about a year ago and I still do not know what the end result will be.. My question is in case I get approved, and I get married later will I be able to bring my wife to Canada? or does she have to apply by herself?

Many thanks .

Once you get the PR and settledown in Canada, you can sponsor your wife under 'spousal category' so that she can reach you easily.

Spouse immigration usually takes 1-3 months, once the principal applicant is a PR who files for his or her spouse
