So you will start this process by committing crimes and lying... Probably not the best idea, but hey, you've turned a deaf ear to all our advice so far so why not go ahead and really do this the wrong way?

Please do keep us posted on what happens. Smiley

i will not come to the border.  i will cross the border and  go to the  immigration in edmonton or  toronto  then apply.and  i will not  say that  i  crossed the  border  i  am gonna  say that  i  jumped from the ship.i  hope it will work  though.

I applied 2 times for refugee claimant, and I had been rejected, never deported, I paid for my ticket both times, but I really need to go back again, and I don't know how to do this, I had been living in USA for 10 years, since the last time I left Canada to my country, my brother in law beat me up in front of my daughter and wanted to kill us, my daughter is Canadian, and right now she is studying in Canada she is 17 years old I'm a single mother and I'm the one who supports her.  Does any one have any advice.

Thanks

have you considered to hire a good lawyer? two refusals will make it really difficult to win a 3rd time.
