Hi.. i am pharmacy graduate from india and i have work experience of 30 months iin pharma marketing. i got visa for usa for studying  mba in health care managnment, which is of 2 years.I Would like to know , can i be eligible to apply for immigration from usa to canada?or anyother clause` by which i can apply for PR , as many people said that it will be very e eeasy if i apply from usa.. plz guide  me

I don't know if it's easier to apply to Buffalo, but it's certainly faster.

If you have got US Visa for more than a year, certainly you are allowed to apply from USA after a year.
