I had applied for fast track pr on 8 june 2010 to FS W.
I have approved job by FSW deptt.
MY documents were received by new delhi visa office in january2011.
Till then no further instruction has received.

On this forum i read that post 26 june 2010 cases are given priority.

can I apply with same JOB approval now second time?

Can I apply two applications simultaneously?

I have read somewhere in this forum you can have 2 applications simultaneously and only drawback for that would be additional fee of $550. Once one of them gets approved you can withdraw the other.

As far as AEO is concerned the senior members may give you a better insight.

So basically if an application was sent without job offer and then in the midst of processing a job offer did arise, does this mean that ALL the documents need to be re-sent?

Thanks

No, you can simply send a letter to the Visa office and they will add the same to the current file but if you want you can apply again for a AEO case, this way you have 2 applications going on in the same time.

You have option of updating the current application without applying again.
