hey guys
To speed things up, can i send my CIC application to Buffalo along with everything EXCEPT for the FBI certificate, and then send in the FBI certificate once I get it?

can i do medical tests BEFORE i get medical forms from CIC?

Well, it clearly states that you have to send the FBI clearance with the application when sending to Buffalo. If not, I believe your application will be returned as incomplete.
It is not advisable to do your medicals until you get the forms from CIC.
