What if you are on study visa for the last six years in UK have achieved one degree but not studying anymore and working full time on study visa, Will one be eligible to apply for Canadian Immigration in this case?

Sure if you qualify, take the assessment at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/index.asp  You know that your application will take years unless you have a certified job offer?

Thank you PMM, But would not it have negative impact on my application, because I am not suppose to work more than 20 hours per week on study visa, and if not will my experience count. Please advise

Your U.K. study visa and U.K. study permit is governed by U.K. law, and NOT Canada's law.

The fact that you worked for more hours than you were legally allowed to under U.K. laws has nothing to do with Canada's laws and thus, it will not have a negative impact on your Canada immigration application.

All Canada wants to see is your work experience and proof of it with reference letters from your employers.

Can I apply for living in Canada.
Actualy I had applyid once and that was in1998-99 from one Institution in Franfurt,The name of employer is: Jan Sladek in Frankfurt"!!!!!!.....but because "staying permision" I had to go back to my country,so ewerything was down
-I had a positive answer,so like "aproved aplikation form"So I can Give a number and dates from that Aplication form-if you just say that,I have that form at home.......
So I will be thankfull if I can get any answer on that...please
