I m pre june2010 applicant with approved AEO.
I have submitted my full documents at new delhi in january 2011.
I m tired for so long wait.
Till now no response same e-status 'received by visa office'.
With this speed I think my case will take 2 to 3 years to finalize
And after so long time no body knows if new immigration rule implemented.
If I withdraw my case now how much time they take to return my documents.
Can I apply second time with same AEO. Its valid upto sep 2012.?

Nothing is going to expedite an AEO case....it will probably take the same time. You could send a CSE to your VO for the latest update on your file.
Yes, you could withdraw and apply with the same AEO. Your AEO will expire in Sept 2012 , so you will be required to provide another updated AEO.
IELTS is valid for 2 yrs from the date of your test.
