Can I apply now?

I am a student doing my final year in BSc Biomedical sciences. Its a 3year programme and im starting the third and final year this fall (Sept 2010) . I want to know if i can apply for the immigration now and say i will get the degree in june2011 or do i have to get the degree before i start the process?

You have to have the degree in your hot little hand if you wish CIC/CHC to count it.
