Can I apply new case with same approved AEO?
Can I apply initially without IELTS because I have already submitted my original IELTS with full documents at new delhi for pre june case.

When you re apply, it is to be considered as a
NEW application. You cannot link your new application with your previous one and there fore all the documents, requirements and fee should be for the new application. But you should give the UCI number if you have already but not the file number.
