I have a question my ister is a canadial national, she wants to sponsor my parents, my parents are in pakistan because from pakistan it takes very long for family immigration can they apply at CHC LONDON, then all medical and coreespondence sent to chc london whenever required?

is it really possible

Hello Naaz its possible in one way only if the applicants(your parents) are permanent resident of the place of London if your parents have been living in London where you want to apply from then its possible to apply from there if you are thinking to apply from there without having Permanent residentcy then they can not apply from there. you must be living at least one year  if you want to apply from different country.
