One of your experience should be in the 29 NOC list to be eligible for FSW program. Unfortunately, there is no IT Professional in the list (as far as I know), so applying is not advisable.

In my opinion, I don't think an IT Manager satisfy the descriptions under NOC 1122.

And also the NOC 1122 is already closed (cap reached) for batch year July 2011 - June 2012.
