Do you know what the processing time to getting LMO in Regina, Saskechwan?

What the processing time of work permit application in Buffalo, USA?

That could help me whether I have to get extension of visitor visa ot not.

Sorry don't know the exact stats on processing time but LMO apps now are taking 4 months (what I heard, not from the sites though).

If I apply in SINP program in skill worker catagory with full time employment offer letter and meet 35 points.
 
Can you please tell me whether I need LMO or not of this offer letter?
