can i apply for jan intake as my visa is rejected

my visa was rejected under this condition
1. you have not satisfied me that you would leave canada at the end of your stay. I reachig this decision, i consider several factors,including:
  * purpose of visit.
2.other reasons:
your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualification,previous studies,employment,level of establishment,other educational opportunities available in India or canada
language abilities,or your future plans 
can i apply again for jan intake

You shall not get anything with re-application for the jan intake with the same LOA. Why not first change course and reapply for May intake?

my visa also rejected mate but i reapply on 2 dec yes you can apply but i think u don t have time now......
