My application is complete for AINP's family streams. I will put my application in for AINP's family streams in a few days. Can i apply for both FSW=federal skilled worker and AINP's family streams at the same time. In case one gets rejected then i will be able to carry on with the second application.

You can apply for both at the same time but you have to pay for both as well.  If one of them is going through faster, you can cancel the other and maybe get some of the fees back.

It has happened with my case.
CHC officer has requested me to give up one otherwise both of my cases will get rejected.
So if you are applying both case in the same CHC office, please give up one ASAP.

So i have to give up one case
I was asking this question becase i have more chances of geting accepted but my case will take 3 years. If a apply for fedral case my changes of aceptance are low but if i am accepted my case will take 1 year. So i can save 2 years. When do they tell your to giveup your case? Is it early or is it when you have been told that your fedral case has gone through assisment stage.

Initially it's ok to have both case going parallel because the skill worker case is with CHC and the provincial case is purely with the province. However, when your provincial case got approved it then got forwarded to CHC. This is the time, when you need to officially give up one case because they will not accept 2 different cases of the same person in CHC office.

Hope this help!

Can I be sponsored under the AINP family stream if I already have a Skilled Worker Class application for permanent residence in process?

Yes. The decision to apply to both programs is up to you. However, depending on the processing status of the Skilled Worker Class application for permanent residence, there may or may not be an advantage to applying to both programs.

PS: Keep in mind what Bety has informed as She has personal experience on the matter.

Good luck
