Can I apply Canada Permanent Residence from USA having on USA H1B Valid visa , Currently I work for a MNC company as Project Manager role .
My H1B Visa ends in Sep 2011 ( I am applying for renewal in next couple of months).

Can some one clarify .

1) Am I eligible thru PNP program for Fast Processing ( I am currently working in USA as Project Manager role provided in Offer Letter )?
2) If I am eligible when I should start applying it.?
3) How much time it would charge for me till the PR completion.?
4) What is the time processing to complete my PR?
5) Any other best options for getting settled in Canada ?

From H1b a lot of people have applied before and succeeded , both PNP (Alberta) and normal FSW, but this was before the JUne 26, 2010, NOC list where IT was available as option under NOC 0213, it has since been removed.

That being said, options for IT is restricted but if you have employment offer from a canadian company then u can apply under IT. Search this forum for some of those earlier posts which also suggest options for IT people to apply under other categories if possible

>> depends on VO office , buttalo takes like 14 months ND takes 10 months from second AOR stage
